Jason is a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a deep commitment to helping people find clarity, strength, and healing in their lives. He brings a wealth of life experience to the practice which includes full-time service as a Soldier in the Australian Army, including overseas deployment. This background has shaped his strong sense of resilience, empathy, and understanding of the complexities of mental health.

Before entering private practice, Jason spent over a decade working in roles focused on victim care, mental health support, crisis response, and conflict resolution. These experiences have given him practical insight into the real-life challenges people face and the tools to help them navigate difficult times with compassion and professionalism.

Jason is a proud father of three daughters, and believes strongly in the power of connection, self-awareness, and personal growth. Outside of work, he enjoys the ocean, staying active, and exploring ways to keep growing—physically, emotionally, and mentally. His goal is to create a safe, grounded, and supportive space where people of all ages feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
