Cancellations Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and we strive to provide the best support possible. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations can impact both our practice and other clients who need our support. To manage this, we have the following cancellation policy.

1. Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice.
No fee will be charged. You can reschedule or cancel with plenty of time, allowing others to use the session slot.

2. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will apply. This is to cover the reserved time that cannot easily be filled on short notice.

3. Cancellations on the same day as the appointment:
The full session fee will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling made on the day of your session.

4. Morning appointments before 10:15am:
For early morning sessions, cancellations made after 8pm the night before will be charged the full session fee. 

5. Switching from face-to-face to telehealth:
If you need to move your appointment to telehealth (Zoom or phone), this can be done at no additional cost if requested at least 30 minutes prior to the session starting time.

6. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments:
Ongoing late cancellations or no-shows may result in the discontinuation of services.
